What the service does

Camilius builds your business a hosted public page with a built-in AI chat and booking widget (and, optionally, the same widget embedded on your own site). When a customer chats there, the AI automatically generates and sends a reply based on the business data you've entered, and can book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment directly in the conversation. Replies are sent immediately, since a visitor is waiting live for an answer - there is no manual review or approval step. You are solely responsible for the content of every reply sent from your account.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (working hours, price list, FAQ) - AI replies rely on that data.
You're responsible for checking that AI-generated content is accurate and appropriate - we don't guarantee its accuracy. Replies are sent automatically and immediately, with no manual review step.
You agree not to use the service to send inappropriate, misleading, or unlawful content.
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials (email, password).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. We are not liable for damages arising from an inaccurate AI reply, service downtime, or data loss. You use the service at your own risk.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse of the service (e.g. sending spam, attempting to bypass limits, unlawful use). You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change from time to time. We'll try to announce significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
